On non-beauty related issues, I am extremely tired this week. Just trying to keep up with paying attention in class is difficult. My body has gotten used to the demands of mental alertness, but it always wants to shut down by 11PM. I can no longer access or put in any more information in my head! I've also tried keeping a regular exercise routine, which was unfortunately side tracked because I did a heavy duty leg routine that almost temporarily disabled me from walking correctly for about 3 days (stupid twisting reverse lunges - it was the first time in about a year that I did them, and I only did about 30 reps!).
Ooohh on a cooler note... I was able to get Kinesio tape on me today. And I took it off in a matter of hours because it just hurt like crazy... I don't think my rhomboids have been contracting that long in my life. Tape started along anteriorly and medial to my acromion and then ran through the scapula and across my spinous process in the thoracic region (bilaterally, of course). It's suppose to give me biofeedback to help keep my scapula retracted, keep my postural muscles engaged, and just good posture overall.. But again, had to take it off, it hurt :/ I'm weaksauce. I'll try it again, after a few more lats rows and scap retract exercises.
Ahh, anyway so my checklist for this week:
1. Catch up on a lot of school stuff (readings, projects, etc.)
2. Makeup Tutorial
3. Work Friday afternoon and Saturday
4. Check out some restaurants!
5. Shopping
6. Welcome Mystery Man back from his trip.
7. Volunteer
