Get to know me: The Beauty Blogger Tag!

Hey guys! Time for a random post. While I try to get ready for the week ahead, I thought it would be fun to do a tag post. I saw this on emilynoel83's beauty blogcast site, and I thought it'd be fun to answer as well. Tomorrow I'm posting a favorites post, so stay tuned for that! In the mean time...:

1. Is your hair naturally curly or straight?
My hair... unlike most Asian hair is rather course and wavy in the front and especially in the temples, yet straight and blown out everywhere else. It's the weirdest thing ever.

2. Do you dye it yourself or go to a salon?
Natural color! Although I would like to dye it some day, at this point in my life I'm far too busy for the up keep.

3. Do you wear the same style everyday, or do you change it?
Oh...gosh hard question. It just depends on how I feel (or really more like how lazy I am). You'll find it straightened somedays, curled others, and in a bun or up do occasionally. Nowadays with my hair so long it's easier for me to just do a quick bun when it's half dry and then undo the bun when it's close to completely dry. This technique creates instant non-heat waves for me!

4. Do you do your own mani/pedi or go to a salon?
Only if my mom deems it a girl's afternoon out. Otherwise I do my own nails!

5. How often do you change your nail polish?
Haha... wow again, my answer: depends on my laziness. But usually about a week regardless of chipping or no chipping with the polish.

6. Do you polish your toes in the winter or just the summer?
Both winter and summer!

7. How long does it take for you to put on makeup?
It depends on the occasion. For everyday I can do it in 15 minutes (that's minus washing my face and putting on moisturizer).  For days when I'm planning to go out or have an occasion to go to I can take up to an hour. But I also feel that the majority of this time is used to figure out what to do with my makeup - and also the multitasking I'm doing on youtube. Hehe.

8. What do you do first? Face or eyes?
Face! My mind changes ever so often with eye makeup so doing my face gives me a bit more time to figuring out what I want to do with my eyes.

9. Do you collect makeup or just buy what you need when you need it?
Uh..... COLLECT! As a blogger and reviewer for my site and others, I definitely need to collect.

10. How often do you wear false eyelashes?
I don't think I've ever had false eyelashes on me for more than 15 minutes. I find them a tad annoying to be honest. I'm glad that my eyelashes are somewhat blessed in that I can pass without falsies.

11. Do you do a full face of makeup everyday?
Most of the time, yes. But there are many a days I don't!

12. Do you wear makeup when you're home alone or with family?
Somewhat. If I'm trying out a product then I'll have it on for review purpose. But I mostly stay barefaced at home.

13. Will you leave the house without makeup?
Yes! As much as I enjoy putting on makeup, I will leave the house not caring how I look. I just have days like that... you know??

14. How many high-end products do you have?
I haven't actually counted, but I have about 50 -50 on high end vs. drugstore brands. I do reach for my high end products more often though...

15. Do you plan your OOTD every night or decide when you're getting dressed?
I only pick out my outfits the night before when it's for work because I'm not 100% in the morning (meaning it will take me forever to decide and to even look for pieces of clothing -- aka I'm not a morning person). Other than that I definitely plan while getting dressed.

16. How often do you change your handbag?
Rarely ever - I usually switch out between my Prada and Marc Jacobs, or my Marc by Marc Jacobs depending on what I need to bring.

17. What time do you wake up and go to sleep?
I'm not much for a routine every single day, but I definitely try to get at least 7 hours of sleep every night. It just depends on when I have to be at the clinic or if I have an event to attend the following day.

18. How often or when do you workout?
I try to every day! It doesn't really feel right if I don't, unless I'm uber tired or my schedule didn't allow me to.

19. Left handed or right handed?
Lefty!!!

20. How tall are you?
5'1"

21. Do you speak any foreign languages?
Visaya, somewhat Tagalog. But I'm really great at picking up languages. French has been really near and dear to me, and of course, living in Texas has allowed me to pick up mild Spanish.

22. How many pets do you have?
My college dog Penny is my baby! But I also have Chippy at home with the 'rents.

23. How often are you on Blogger?
Almost daily for reading blog posts, but I've just re-inspired myself to write more on my blog.

24. Do you read comments posted on blogs?
I haven't been getting many comments in comparison to the private messages I get. I do read every single one of them.

25. Do you keep a list of products to try as you see other posts?
Yes! Definitely. I then pick and choose from that list with the things I feel are the top priority.

26. How did you come up with your blog name?
My boyfriend gave me the idea after wanting to revamp my blog into various categories.

27. What kind of camera do you use for your photographs?
I use Canon 7D and Nikon D800, and often times my iPhone 5 or iPad!

28. How often do you clean your house?
I'm OCD about cleaning, but at least 1 once a week or twice.

29. What's your favorite color?
I honestly haven't decided yet, but I think it may be any kind of purple - from lilacs to deep purple gues.

30. Do you swear?
Rarely, I really don't like do it.

31. What are you doing with the rest of your day?
Doing my nails then going to sleep!!
